Great, but next time I’d have some rice as a side to complete the meal.
The leftovers were also great as a side the following day.

Not bad, but was more like a healthier hamburger helper than a “loaded” baked potato substitute. Added green onions because I was missing a green flavor. If you like meat, this is a dish for you, I just prefer a more veggie heavy dish.
