Pretty good for being so healthy, but it was a little on the dry side. Next time I’ll increase the amount of yogurt and see if that makes it more moist. I baked mine for 22 minutes in a 9 inch round cake pan. My boyfriend didn’t like it though. He said it didn’t taste like anything.

Turned out great! Crispy on the bottom & moist on the inside. Used buttermilk & sour cream instead of yogurt. (Didn’t have yogurt)
