- 4 ears corn-on-the-cob (cooked and kernels removed*)
- 1 medium tomatoes (chopped)
- 1/3 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Light Mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup red onion (finely chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 2 Tbsp. fresh basil leaves (finely chopped)

- In medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Season, if desired, with salt and ground black pepper. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

This has been one of our FAVORITE summer salads for years. I could have this every single day. Try it with oregano instead of the basil! We usually use fresh corn, but frozen is great as well. Don't use canned, ewww.
