- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (this was the juice of 1 medium size lemon)
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. cracked black pepper (freshly)
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne (this won't add much heat, it is added for flavor, optional)
- 2 Tbsp. Italian parsley leaves (chopped small)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh basil
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1 Tbsp. rosemary leaves (fresh, or 1/2 teaspoon ground rosemary)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh thyme leaves (or 1 teaspoon dried thyme)

Easy to prepare and cook and delicious. Didn't have basil or parsley, substituted some Herbs d'Provence. Will keep this recipe since we can get fresh halibut dockside.
