Sorry to say, not my favorite. Okay flavor-wise but brown and gloppy. I won’t be making it again.

This is very good. My favs bean directions said to not soak. So I cooked according to package directions (40 minutes) and added to recipe. Lemon adds a nice touch. Added chopped spinach with the beans just to increase nutrition.

I used this recipe as inspiration for my dinner tonight. I added lentils and omitted the breadcrumbs.
I enjoyed this recipe. It was simple to make and tasty. I'll consider making it again the next time I have fava beans on hand.

This was absolutely amazing!!! I added my own shiitake bread crumb to the Italian bread crumbs it called for. The lemon in here is such a tangy touch ~ VERY delicious!
