- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 Tbsp. butter (cut into thin slices, 1 per fillet)
- 1 lemon (large)

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Season the cod fillets on both sides with the salt and pepper. Arrange the fillets on the baking sheet. Sprinkle the minced garlic and butter pieces evenly over the fillets.
