Description
One of the hardest things about making a lemon dijon chicken recipe that the entire family will love is the amount of time it takes to grill or sautee the chicken. And then later, you’ll spend even more time cleaning up the mess. In most households these days, who has time anymore for cooking a full healthy and wholesome meal? It’s doable three or four nights a week, but for the most part, it would be great to have a few easy recipes on hand to help ease some of the burdens of meal preparation…
This lemon dijon chicken recipe is exactly what the doctor ordered. With Tyson® Grilled Chicken Breast Fillets as ingredient-number one, the only prep work is whisking together the remaining ingredients — chicken broth, lemon juice, spices, and Dijon mustard — and then pour the glaze over your grilled and ready chicken breast fillets.
This lemon chicken goes well with a side of white rice, steamed vegetables, and potatoes. If you did choose this lemon Dijon chicken recipe for its time-saving element, then there’s more good news. You can make plenty of extra servings so there’s enough for everyone to pack for lunch the next day. As a twist, make lemon grilled chicken breast fillet heroes on kaiser rolls with mayonnaise, red onion, lettuce and a slice of tomato. Having leftovers is one of the best things about this lemon dijon recipe!
