this was delicious and definitely one of my favorite soups i've had so far. the only thing that i did different was added a lot more water to my stalk. 8 cups is of water is good if you are only feeding 2-3 people. i ended up adding up to 8 more cups of water. also a little cummin was pretty good. other than that 10/10

Turned put very good and flavorful. The hardest part was just shredding the chicken, but it was well worth it! The rest is pretty effortless!

I personally love dill and lemon so I added more of both plus more rice..

I Cooked it a little different to save time and we don’t like dill so we left if out but it turned great 10/10 would make again. :)

Excellent recipe. I used a little of the broth to saute some dumplings in a separate pan. Then added them on top of the soup. My family loved it!

This was so good, my husband loved it, as well. The lemon and fresh dill make it fresh and light. It’s freezes well, just add more lemon and dill when you reheat.

Tasty and easy. Could probably use chicken broth and chop up the chicken breast to save some time instead of making a broth.
Only ding is the lemon flavor was a little too pronounced. Would like it a bit more subtle.

This soup came out wonderful! My family loved it ! The only thing that was a little confusing was the 8 cups of water that covered the chicken boiled down to a little over one cup of broth. I took a chance and added back in 7 cups of water before cooking the rice. I did taste it as I added the water and it actually was still a wonderful flavor. It turned out just fine

Dill could have been toned down a bit but it was quite a tasty soup with all the flavors combined.

Delicious! I changed the seasoning a bit and used Trader Joe’s seasoning mix with lemon zest and mixed spices. A very tasty basic chicken soup.
