This was a lovely and flavorful dish. I followed the recipe exactly. The sauce is tangy and added a subtle, delicious flavor. It’s a simple, very easy and very good recipe that can be served for a family dinner or a dinner party. It’s a keeper!

Douple the flour/salt/pepper for 4 breasts, use a lot more oil to cook the chicken, and it takes longer than 3 minutes on each side, unless you really pound it flat. Def double the amt of lemon juice to put in the pan as its not very lemony. Otherwise pretty simple and tasty. Serve over angel hair

Delicious - only Iused 2 chicken breasts but didn’t half the recipe and I had the oerfect amount of sauce. . I did add some spinach to the sauce, just cos I had some to use up. And about 1/2 tsp of chicken gravy granules to the sauce to thicken it up very slightly.

Super moist with just enough lemony flavor I thickened the sauce a little and added capers for looks! Cooked up quickly and the husband loved it will definitely make again.

This came out really good. I didn’t do lemon slices but wedges instead because my husband loves fresh lemon juice on his food. I also served it with lime quinoa and they paired really well

Hi! I make my lemon chicken this way as well, but now I add a good dollup of Gulden’s mustard or teaspoon of mustard powder to the broth to give it a little tasty twist.
