Really great recipe. I paired with asparagus. The 1/4 cup of wine is a bit much so I’ll use less next time or let it boil off a bit and thicken next time.

Delicious and simple. I followed the recipe except I used white wine vinegar instead of white wine because that was the closest thing I had and it turned out scrumptious. I will definitely be making this on a regular.
