Delicious!
Made it exactly as written. We loved it, and it was easy and healthy. We have an herb garden. Next time I will throw in different herbs and see what happens. Great recipe!

Pretty good, very easy to make. We did not have spinach but had a salad for a side and it didn’t seem to make the meal any less satisfying. Would definitely make again

Very light tasting and quickly made. Also versatile, I substituted lime juice for lemon and tarragon for the basil. Will make again

I used quinoa instead of rice and only half of the chicken. My version was only 260 calories per serving and served 3. Lemon was the main flavor and it's basically just the raw sour flavor of it, so if you like Trout Meunière, you'd love this.

Wasn’t sure what to expect, but it had a lot of flavor and was very light. Used zucchini instead of spinach and served over rice.

Really enjoyed this dish. And the aroma was wonderful! I've never put so much fresh basil in anything before, and it was really nice. I'll have to do this again.

very enjoyable, deserves a 4,5 rating. I didnt change a thing. Rarely do you find such a healthy recipe that tastes so good. we love lemon and would even consider using a bit more zest. I did half this recipe,every ingredient, and came out perfect. As another reviewer mentioned, have everything prepped and the rice cooking before you start this dish. Dont over cook the chicken

Love it! Super simple and quick for a beginner! I didn't have fresh basil so I used dried. I also had frozen spinach and it worked just as well.

I made this with just one chicken breast for a little over one serving. I didn't have fresh basil so I had to use dried but it still turned out great. It's a tasty, quick and easy dinner.

Great! I will add more basil and lemon zest next time to make it pop more. I also added a lot more spinach than specified since it wilts down so small

My 9 year old son helped me make this and it turned out really well! I added zucchini which he was not happy about, but he ended up actually eating and liking it because the zucchini sucked up some lemon juice!
