Loved this recipe! Fresh and light. The lemon and asparagus...mmm. Great flavor combo. Making again in the same week to take it for lunch!

Great. I used fresh cauliflower grated in the food processor. Did not use the asparagus just had the cauliflower as a side.

Added a diced fennel bulb because we needed to use it. Didn’t have cilantro, so used parsley. A little bland but better with more salt.

Very simple to make The success of this dish depends on the texture and flavor of the cauliflower I bought The cauliflower already riced It was a great texture hence a good dish

It was ok. It did give the impression that I was eating rice with a good taste but it just wasn't for me.

Fantastic! Took a little longer than I thought, but well worth it. I used lime juice instead of lemons. I used some refrigerated dry basil. And for leftovers I stirred in some tomato basil feta cheese. I will add that in the beginning next time. Very very yummy recipe!

The best cauliflower rice recipe! I have tried many and this was the best by far. The lemon and the cilantro made it very fresh. I increased the lemon juice and added the zest of one lemon. I used coconut oil instead of olive but the combination with the asparagus is a taste treat. Try it, you won't be disappointed. Timing on this recipe is right on.
