- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut into thin strips)
- 1 pkg. chicken (Lawry's® BBQ, Quesadilla Recipe & Seasoning Mix)
- 8 oz. tomato sauce
- 8 flour tortillas (8-inch)
- 2 cups shredded mexican cheese blend (divided)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 5 minutes or until no longer pink. Stir in Seasoning Mix and tomato sauce. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes.
- Place 4 tortillas on 2 baking sheets. Spread each with 1/4 of the chicken mixture (about 1/2 cup). Sprinkle each with 1/2 cup of the cheese. Top with remaining tortillas. Sprinkle with additional cheese, if desired.
- Bake 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cut into wedges. Serve with toppings, if desired.
