Robin Townshed if you read the DIRECTIONS it says how much of each you add. You use just a drop of flour NOT equal parts. That is why it was so dry. You can even leave out the flour since the potato is starchy and will hold together on its own.

Tried with equal parts of all ingredients, was salty and dry.

Easy & delicious but it doesn’t give ingredients amounts so that’s weird
