It was great, subbed a
Leek for the green onion, same family, same taste, subbed toasted pine nuts for peanuts as I’m in a wheelchair, tough to get to the store

Easy to make and family enjoyed it. Only had honey roasted peanuts so I used that and yum! After reading reviews, I also doubled the liquids and it was the perfect amount to coat chicken and a little extra for the rice. Had rice vinegar so used that instead of rice wine vinegar so will cut the amount. Still a great taste. Recipe will be printed and put into the arsenal.

There are some issues with the recipe (I definitely needed way more cornflour and oil to cook the chicken, and I also doubled the amount of sauce), but it turned out really nice! It was really tasty and the chicken stayed lovely and moist. I'll definitely make this again.
I also had to substitute cashews for the peanuts as I couldn't find unsalted peanuts locally, and they worked great.

Very good dish! My family really enjoyed it. I didn't have any green onions so I used some red onions (a couple tablespoons), and added some bell pepper. Instead of sugar I used Agave Nectar.

Chicken kept sticking, most of the flour came off....needed much more oil.

Great recipe! I’m not a big fan of ginger so in the future I may want to cut the ginger in half but other than that, it was a hit!

This Kung Pao Chicken was very good! I made dinner for 4 people so I multiplied the recipe by 4 and it was a bit too gingery but that’s on my part. Either way, it came out very well!

Used chicken thighs, doubled the sauce as advised and accidentally put 4x the amount of chilli flakes but tasted nice with a bit more of a kick!

good thing i watched the video first. the written instructions tell you to stir-fry the chicken in sesame oil. fails to mention you fry the chicken first to get a crispy coating

Great! Added some cucumber into the mix at the very end, which paired well with the (mildly) spicy.

Easy weeknight meal. I doubled the sauce as suggested.

It was good, but had to formulate the correct amount depending on the chicken

Quick and tasty. Perfect for a nice easy meal. My tip, shake the chicken with the cornflour in a Tupperware container.

really tasteful next time I'll try to make more sauce

very simple recipe and super delicious!

Easy, delicious. Kung Pao can be too spicey, its nice that I can adjust the pepper. We enjoyed it very much. I also doubled the sauce.
