This was delicious! Did not find any soybean paste so I used miso instead. Will definitely make it again

I like this recipe! It turned out well! 4 bunches looks like alot, but once it is blanched, it shrinks fast.

I was planning to top my burger with Kimchee this evening and then saw this recipe. I had everything on hand except the spinach so I substituted with kale which I did have; I blanched the kale a few extra minutes. It was so good. I will definitely make this again.

This is a great banchan, I used ssamjjang instead of gochujjang and daenjjang, since I already had it and added pa (Chinese onion) , it turned out great 🙂
