    Directions

    1. In a medium size bowl whisk together soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, sesame oil and sweet chili sauce. It’ll make just over 1 cup of marinade.Reserve half the marinade, set aside. Pour the other half of the marinade over pork chops and marinate for at least 10 minutes. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat; add pork chops to skillet, discard remaining marinade.
    2. Cook for 5 minutes or until chops have browned on one side.
    3. Flip the pork chops and add the reserved marinade to the pan; cook for 5 more minutes or until the pork reaches an internal temperature between 145 degrees F. (medium rare) and 160 degrees F. (medium). Let rest for 3 minutes before serving.

The marinade was really good; I served with broccoli, asparagus, onion, and mushroom sautéed in a similar marinade to the pork chops and white rice

Not too memorable. As tasty as marinade was, it didn't transfer to the chops. Just bland. I dipped in pan sauce but not too much help. It stuck to pan. it was...ok.

Simple, yummy and a nice way to make pork chops. I'm used to breading them/frying them but this was really good.

This is a very good dish. It is a easy dish to fix and like most dishes, it was even better the next day.

Was amazing. cut the recipe in half and didnt have sweet chili or soy sauce so I used a little bit more honey and a tiny bit of terryaki marinade. Also used chives as a garnish

Turned out well, used low sodium shoyu. Was a good dish for a beginner cook.

Turned out great. Kids loved it. I pan seared the pork chops and then baked them @ 400 for 20min or until 165 temperature.

This turned out well, just a little salty for my liking. Low sodium soy sauce would be best in this recipe.

Easy and very tasty, although a little bit on the salty side. I’ll use reduced sodium soy sauce next time
