- 4 cloves garlic (minced on a microplane grater, about 4 teaspoons)
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves (or a mix, minced)
- kosher salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 2 lb. ground lamb (or beef, at least 20% fat)
- 1 Tbsp. red chili flakes
- 2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. ground coriander
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 ginger (2-inch knob of, grated on the medium holes of a box grater)
- 1 small onion (grated on the medium holes of a box grater, about 1/2 cup)
- red onions (Thinly sliced, soaked in cold water)
- 1 lemon (cut into wedges for serving)
- 1 handful greens (such as arugula, optional)
- 1 naan (recipe grilled, or store-bought flatbread warmed on grill)

Excellent recipe, wouldn’t change a thing. Very easy and satisfying. Pairs well with Couscous or Saffron Rice.
