- 1 Tbsp. red chili flakes
- 2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. ground coriander
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 ginger (2-inch knob of, grated on the medium holes of a box grater)
- 1 small onion (grated on the medium holes of a box grater, about 1/2 cup)
- red onions (Thinly sliced, soaked in cold water)
- 1 lemon (cut into wedges for serving)
- 1 handful greens (such as arugula, optional)
- 1 naan (recipe grilled, or store-bought flatbread warmed on grill)
