ive made this a few times now and love it! i opt out of carrots (honestly just a lazy thing) and add a bit more gochugaru then they suggest.

It was really tasty. I made only a small change: added an extra soy sauce tablespoon and a beaten egg.

It was pretty good for a new dish, i added grated carrots and ginger dressing as well as smashed ginger and add more soy sauce for taste. I coated the carrots in the sesame ginger dressing and chilled over night for best result in taste. Easy to make and i also added Chipotle pepper flakes.
