What an amazing idea!! My kids loved this (and so did I!). We use different flavors of greek yogurt, kinds of cereal and fruits or berries as toppers to switch it up. No matter what we have tried it has been absolutely wonderful. Thank you for sharing this recipe!!!

My kiddos are not fans of Greek yogurt, so I attempted his recipe to “hide it.” It lasted about 2 bites in, so at least they got some protein! It is such a struggle, so I am grateful for anything. Simultaneously I tried the variation of the banana + Nutella + fruity pebbles. Also the banana + Nutella + fruity/cocoa pebbles mix, and both got a 5 star rating from the kiddos! I am no sushi chef, so preparation took awhile. This is definitely a Sat. Morning breakfast for my fam; this cannot be a school morning breakfast, or we’ll all miss the bus. Nonetheless, this is a repeat breakfast the family loves. It’s fun to make as well. Thank you for sharing this recipe for us all to try!
