    Delish. I’ll definitely make again.

These were pretty good. I did add almond extract, cinnamon, and I used a very small amount of AP flour and half and half. I was worried these would taste "eggy" like a lot of Keto recipes but they weren't with the additions. Hope this helps

it did not turn out well. First I wanted to make 2 servings but when I saw how little the amount of ingredients was, I made the batter for 10 (!) servings, which I was very sceptical about. When I poured the batter into the pan, it did not get thick and was quite watery. There should have been an explanation for the recipe.

The texture is perfectly fine with me! I added cashew milk instead of almond milk. Only thing is to either add a bit of stevia or just add keto maple syrup or berries for sweetness. Definitely making this again :)

Turned out good. Would make them again.

turned out as pictured and i really enjoyed them, texture after cooking was fluffy and light and tasted great. Family thought they where missing something or tasted salty, possibly the almond flour or almond milk had a slight after taste in them but i did not notice it all.

AMAZING!!! We are all gluten-free and my mom is diabetic, so this recipe was perfect! It was so good I made it twice for my family (and me ;) !) I'd have it everyday! My mom loved it as well! I added some banana extract (cause my mom can't have banana) Thank you so much for sharing this recipe!

Excellent, modified slightly. Separated egg whites . Folded in after mixture was complete. Added 1/8 teaspoon of cream of tarter to egg whites, whipped well . Added pumpkin pie spice and a little stevia. Really good .

A little grainy so next time going to try and pulse my almond flour in a food processor to a finer consistency but overall very good

I doubled the recipe, added a bit more milk in mine, 2 Tbsp. flax seed for omega-3 fatty acids, a dash of salt, and also added 2 Tbsp. honey (these are the amount added to the doubled recipe). Wow - everyone loved these! The kids claimed they were as good as their grandfather's (glutenful) sourdough pancakes. They are his signature dish that he makes every Sunday, so this is high praise indeed! Light, fluffy, and very filling. i need to find a cheaper source of almond flour so we can afford to make this more often!

Altered the recipe as follows: 3/4 cup almond flour; 1/4 cup coconut flour; 1/8 cup each of almond and coconut milk; 2 eggs; 2 TBSPS Coconut Oil; 3 TBSPS Monk Fruit Sweetener; 2 tsps Baking Powder; 1 tsp Vanilla. Whisked together and thinned with water until it poured smoothly from a ladle. Melted butter in a frying pan to cook. Topped with Swerve Icing Sugar and Frozen Wild Blueberries.

Absolutely delicious. I used two eggs instead of 4 and used coconut oil to grease the pan. Definitely worth making and I got full off just 2 pancakes! 😍

    Perfect pancakes. Kids love them!

They didn’t come out fluffy, next time I would whip the egg whites first and then whisk the mixture. I would also suggest using vegan butter instead of oil.

Good recipe. I added a bit of coconut flour.
