- 2 Tbsp. vegetable (or chicken broth base concentrate, I used Better Than Bouillon)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. coconut aminos
- 1 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. ginger paste
- 3 tsp. sambal oelek (or more to taste, can use sriracha instead)
- 2 tsp. toasted sesame oil
- 1 tsp. fish sauce
- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
- 5 oz. baby greens (I recommend Organic Girl baby spinach with bok choy and kale)
- 4 shitake mushrooms (large, stemmed and sliced)
- 1 large carrot (shredded)
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 4 green onions (chopped)
- 1 tsp. toasted sesame seeds
