    I could not find flat iron steak, so I had my butcher cut up skirt steak. I let it sit in the marinade for 1 1/2 hour. Served it with steamed broccoli and left over orzo. Very good flavor AND will make it again.

    My family loved it. It was really good. We served it over rice. I used soy sauce instead of the coconut aminos because I couldn't find it at my grocery and it was great.

    Wow, this turned out absolutely amazing. The marinade with the coconut oil made for extremely flavorful and presentable meat. It's easy to prepare and fast to cook once it's in the pan/wok. I paired this recipe with yellow rice, but so many other sides are suitable. This is definitely one for the books.
