I call it The Meat Egg or Keto Meato. Used organic ground beef instead of chicken and put it in my braiser. DELISH!

Are used ground beef add it a little chopped onion and fresh jalapeño to the meat mixture. It was delicious. I thought I had the two layers of meat sealed well but some of my filling came out so make sure you make the hole deep enough for that filling to not come out the side

Pretty good! Made as directed and it came out perfect just like the picture you could easily put anything you wanted inside the chicken the chicken itself was a perfect texture. Super easy to make
