My mixture split. I could not get the milk and oil to combine from the start. I can only guess I didnt use the right kind of milk. I used canned coconut milk instead of some in a carton with the other milks in the cold section. The recipe doesnt specify so I went with my gut.

It needed tweaking, but it was okay. Needed more sweatner and I put my coconut milk in the fridge first over night so its a solid cream so there was no need for the mixer

Delicious. Way more than 12 portions, it is very filling. Definitely make the coconut oil more liquid than solid as I couldn't get a smooth mix, the oil was too solid so didn't look as pretty as the picture. Still tastes amazing!! Thank you for the recipe:)
