    Tried this recipe out tonight for dinner. Honestly, they weren't terrible...but to my tastes, were missing something. I would absolutely try this again and tweak the seasonings a bit. :) We used the meatballs to make some meatball sandwiches on keto bread with some homeade marinara sauce and hot peppers. Would recommend for others to try :)

    First time to make meatballs, actually surprisingly good with so few ingredients. Served over spaghetti squash with sugar free marinara sauce. I will make these again. Being under a stay at home order, one try’s new recipes.

    I used minced garlic and and added an egg and between a Tbsp of cream keep it moist.

    Turned out super dry..... Otherwise the flavor was good. Would recommend using some keto beef gravy or low carb pasta sauce to counter the dryness.

    Very dry unfortunately but I recommend it for people who want to drastically increase their protein intake. It’s not bad but it’s not good either

    Great, but wanted a little more flavour. I made this up for my family meal I just added a homemade tomato sauce, then I snuck in the vegetable spaghetti to keep it low carb and healthy. I felt like it needed a little more of something so I added chilli flakes to the sauce to spice it up a little bit. The whole family loved it.

    These were good. I followed advice of someone who suggested to add an egg it helped keep the balls together. I also added fresh garlic. Super easy to make, will probably make again.

    I doubled the recipe for our large family, and added 1 packet of Spring Vegetable soup for extra flavor. Turned out great!

    It tasted great, but yes some of the cheese melted and got out on the cooking oil. Will add egg like other review next time. We eat it with brown sauce, lingonberry jam and boiled potatoes. Yum!!
