It is absolutely one of the best keto recipes we’ve made. Moist, melt in your mouth delicious didn’t miss pasta at all.

Decadent. I made this while I was on dedicated keto. Warning: the nutritional info is way incorrect. I put it myself into MyFitnessPal and it came out like 20 g carbs per serving 😱 I adjusted the ingredients but just make sure you check the nutritional info for yourself. Otherwise this really tasted like baked ziti! I was thrown for a loop. Who knew that cauliflower florets could mimic pasta?

The dish istelf came out quite well. it was meaty and had a light balance to the taste buds. I may in the future add just a little more oregano to give it depth but the textures were spot on. I gave it 4 stars only because i couldnt find a oven temp anywhere. just a "bake for 25 minutes" so i had to wing my own temp and hope for the best.
would recommend to others for sure!

This was delicious! I used Rao’s Homemade Marinara Sauce instead of the crushed tomatoes and poured the meat sauce over the cauliflower layers instead of mixing it all together.

I tried a new recipe Cauliflower Baked Ziti. It was ok. My daughter liked it but didn't love it. She did ask for 2nds and request it for lunch. I substituted d the ground beef for ground turkey because that's what I had. I think we just have to get use to the cauliflower.
