I read all the reviews before making and did the following adjustments: added onion, added peppers, added tomatoes, only put 1/8 teaspoon or less of salt, added pepper, cumin, cayenne pepper, and paprika to taste. Used leftover marinara pasta sauce instead of tomato sauce and doubled the cheese. I will make again, in a oven safe sauté pan and cook everything on stove then in oven /under broiler to brown cheese.

It’s not the most appetizing to look at, but man was it good. I’m an incredibly picky eater and I just started keto. I usually hate broccoli, but it was hardly noticeable in this dish. I subbed carrots for the celery as I didn’t have celery and it turned out 10/10. Broil that cheese on top for a few minutes and let it rest to get crispy cheesy goodness!

This was okay. We didn’t have celery, so we left it out (maybe would’ve been better with celery?). I know this was a keto/low carb dish, but I was left wanting some pasta.😂

Turned out great! Made it twice, first time I thought it needed something extra so added onion. Second time even better by adding a little ricotta to the mixture and server over zucchini noodles. So good!

I am not a big salter but even my "salt- absolutely- everything " father thought it was salty. My suggestion: cut the salt by @ least half (or don't add it at all). You can always add salt after you taste it when served. I also added chopped onions. I will definitely be making this again with the modifications.

Tastes good, but I'm not crazy about the chopped celery and I would probably add a bit more cheese next time.

came out great but it didn't need extra salt

We loved this dish. I did add some diced onion as we love sweet onion and my husband asked me to put it in rotation for next week again. We’ll continue making this!

I added tomatoes to this and it was so good my family left no leftovers

This was very good. I only made 2 servings since it’s only the 2 of us. Since we aren’t on a Keto diet I added 56g of bow tie pasta. I also didn’t have any celery, so I substituted celery salt for the salt. I will make again.

This is a very tasty dish with just enough heat. I added some other vegetables as they were lying in tne fridge. Will be making this again.

Great! I used a can of Rotel instead of tomato sauce. I omitted the salt, and instead used paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, cayenne, and black pepper. I did have to add some salt after cooking the meat a tasting. Family LOVED it! Will surely cook again

Way to salty!!! Yuk. My tongue curled. It’s in the trash.

It was delicious. I honestly wasn’t even expecting it to be THAT good. I’m lactose free so instead, I used my vegan cheese. I think next time I’ll add in chopped tomatoes and maybe some mushrooms

really good, but way too salty

Good needed more spice and a way to soak up the sauce so the cheese on top can could crop up better.
