Loved this recipe! made with chicken thighs. This is probably my husband's favorite meal now, haha. Did 1 tsp turmeric powder instead of 1.5 tsp. Added 1 tsp of garam masala and ~1/2 tsp curry. Also added a pinch of red pepper flakes for some heat. Turned out amazingggg. Served over cauliflower rice (which always surprises me with how good it is).

Did this with a modified technique from Headbanger’s Kitchen on YT for his “5 Ingredient Butter Chicken”—pan sear chicken thighs 1st, then make sauce from the pan-drippings. Used their recipe to season the chicken: turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, chili powder—really hit the spot 🤤

Delicious, made it just as the recipe indicated. Sauce was a little thin but still very flavorful. I ate it with cauliflower rice and my son had white rice. We both loved it. Keeper recipe

Delicious! As with most recipies I modified the ingredients. I added more garlic and onion. I also doubled the recipe and added slightly more of the spices to coat the extra chicken. I served this over rice with a side of broccoli. My family loved it! We will definitely add this to our rotation of dinners. It's quick, easy and very good.
Edit: I also added just about a tablespoon of brown sugar, a little cayenne pepper and some cornstarch to thicken the sauce a bit.

Amazing! Used fresh ginger instead of ground ginger. Delicious! Ordered naan and basmati rice and couldn't tell the difference between restaurant quality

Cooked it the exact method which was directed. Sauce is very creamy and full of flavor. Used cauliflower rice in lieu of rice and it did not disappoint. Most definitely a make again meal.

super delicious! i highly recommend this! you can eat it by itself if you don't like cauliflower rice or cant find low-carb noodles. it's still good either way. i can't wait to have it for lunch tomorrow!

Delicious and easy - I doubled everything except the chicken and added 2tsp of garam masala powder, 1 tsp of cumin + 1 tsp dried coriander.

So far one of the BEST keto recipes I’ve made. I added cumin and curry powder as well, and I’m blown away that the meal I created - it felt like actual restaurant quality! A+
