These are a great substitute for regular bread. This basic recipe can be shaped into whatever you want, hot, burger or dinner buns. Even bagels. Not quite as tasty as regular bread but if you’re getting tired of lettuce wraps on your low carb diet these are a must try. With the brand of almond flour I use comes out to just over 1 gram of carbs per bun.

This is my goto keto bread. I used measurements presented on diet doctor page, not on yummly, it always turns out great.

This is the best keto bread I've tried! Most are too eggy for me, this one only uses egg whites so no eggy taste. The texture is good. Mine did turn people because of the psillium powder that I used, but who cares about the color when it tastes as good as this?
