- 1 Tbsp. ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 Tbsp. chilli powder (Red)
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper (Whole, corn)

- 1/2 Tbsp. ginger paste
- 6 green chilies (adjust as per spice tolerance)
- 3 tomatoes (finely chopped)
- 1 handful grated coconut (Fresh)
- 1 handful coriander leaves ((Dhania))
- 1/4 cup mint leaves ((Pudina), finely chopped)
- 1/2 cup curd ((Dahi / Yogurt))
- 8 cashew nuts (soaked in 2 tablespoons of water)
- 1 tsp. garam masala (powder)
- vegetable oil (Sunflower Oil)

- 1 handful raisins
- 1 onion (finely sliced)
- 1 tsp. coriander leaves ((Dhania) finely chopped)
