- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar (let sit for 5 minutes)
- 1 tsp. hot sauce (OPTIONAL)
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1 Tbsp. salt (Your favorite, FREE seasoning blend, if you are using Jackfruit in WATER, feel free to use Season Salt)
- 1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise (or more to taste)
- 3 Tbsp. yellow mustard (or more to taste)
- 2 Tbsp. agave nectar (or more to taste)

Remember to squeeze out the water from the jackfruit and season: (Think: KFC) before coating and you will have a beautifully delicious meal! Alternatively; add the seasoning to the mixture and then deep fry (yum) Succulent and Tasty!

Very little flavor
If you’re making it, I would add a lot more seasoning

So good! I used half recipe for the almond milk part and still had some leftover. Cut back on the flour mixture too and was good!
