- 2 tsp. adobo sauce (I used from the canned chipotle)
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 2 tsp. ranch (powder mix)
- 8 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups pork (cooked shredded)
- 2 cups jack cheese (shredded monteray)
- 1/3 cup chopped cilantro
