Delicious and easy to make. I used lamb but I’m sure a 50/50 mix of ground beef and lamb would tasty as well.

Made the kebabs with ground turkey and they turned out great However I noticed the recipe was possibly misprinted as it called for only 8 oz of beef (I used a Lb)
I fried a small bit to test and adjusted all the seasonings up
Served it with zatziki sauce (as we love it), thin sliced onion,tomato and cucumber
Also made the Mediterranean Quinoa salad to serve on the side

Very tasty and will make again. Watch the cooking time as they cook very fast.

Amazing flavors! I didn’t have sun dried tomatoes and skipped them
The Aleppo pepper makes all the difference!

Really tasty cooked on the BBQ. Substituted smoked paprika for Aleppo pepper and it turned out well
