With this low-carb keto crackers recipe, you can skip the store and amp up the flavor! These cheesy crisps are crunchy, crispy and the perfect snack for just about any dip. Featuring six ingredients like almond flour, McCormick® Everything Bagel All Purpose Seasoning and a 3-cheese mixture, this keto cracker recipe is easy to make and ready to eat in just about 30 minutes. Mix the flour and cheese until well combined, then add in the egg and half of the seasoning until a dough forms. Transfer to a lightly-floured baking surface, cut into the desired shapes, sprinkle with additional seasoning and then place on a baking sheet. Crisp up your crackers in the oven until they turn golden brown. Once cooled, enjoy your low-carb crackers plain or with a homemade Spinach Dip or Creamy Hummus. Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 oz. cream cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 Tbsp. all purpose seasoning (everything bagel, divided)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Place almond flour, mozzarella, Cheddar and cream cheese in a large microwavable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 1 minute. Remove bowl from microwave; mix well. Microwave on HIGH 30 seconds longer. Stir in egg and 1 tablespoon of the Seasoning, mixing just until dough comes together.
- Transfer dough to lightly floured surface and roll into a rectangle about 1/8-inch thick. Using a pizza cutter or sharp knife, cut the dough into 1-inch squares. Reroll any dough scraps and cut into squares. Sprinkle remaining 2 teaspoons of the Seasoning evenly over dough squares. Transfer squares to a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown, turning halfway through. Allow to cool completely on a wire rack. Store in airtight container.
