Turned out better than I thought and super easy to make.

It’s delicious. Definitely be making this again. I did put the finished product into a casserole dish, topped it with some shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese and baked it in the oven to give it that baked Mac and cheese look. It was so good.
