They taste eggy :( The sauce kind of fixes it but they’re still too eggy in my opinion

I am planning to make these for a going away party for one of my teachers- so I ran a test run today. Other than the learning curve of the whole not stirring the sauce thing, it went great. I can’t wait to munch them once they’ve cooled.
