This recipe was is amazing. My family, who have never tried any type of curry LOVED IT! I am still in awe in how well it came out.

I used the same ingredients except broth it was bland!!

It was Great!! The only thing I did was separted the curry sauce into two pots because I made more than I needed. Shrimp was in one and chicken in other.

Knowing my taste sensitiviy, my wife ommitted the scotch bonnett pepper. This was exceptionally delicious! She plated it on a bed of sauteed spinach. I highly recommend this dish!
