So stinking good!! I actually ended up with 12 of these and probably could have gotten more. Only thing I forgot to do was spray cooking spray in the holders so some of the egg got stuck, but it was sooo good!

Yummy! I clearly overfilled mine, in order to use up all of the egg mixture, so I might use one less egg in the future

I used less jalapeños, and added diced red bell pepper and scallions! Cook bacon in a pan all the way, and get strips into muffin tin cups quickly, before they set up (bacon won’t cook much more in the oven, except for the exposed edges, which might get crunchy!) Also, bake at 350° instead of 375 for about 18–20 minutes. If you only want to make three or four at a time, the rest of the egg mixture can be stored in the fridge until you’re ready to make a few more!

We’re from Texas and love spicy so we don’t de seed the jalapeños. Second time modified it with adding red pepper - and have made it twice and definitely forgot to slice the jalapeños for the garnishes

Family loved them. I had some leftover mixture so I dumped it in an oven safe pot, and stuck it in there with the cups to bake as a casserole.

Fried up red peppers spinach and onions and added it to the mix 😍😍😍😍 best muffin cups I’ve ever had!

My daughter and I agreed this is the best breakfast dish I've ever made. I was worried to use four jalapenos, so just used one large one. Maybe next time I'll use two. super easy to make and really delicious.

Great, really delicious. I'm probably jusr going to chop up the bacon next time. Dont see any reason to go through the trouble putting it around the edge.

These were easy to make and turned out really well. I ate these during my commute to work and loved the flavor combination with the jalapenos.

Loved it!!! I fried my bacon too long so it was hard to wrap BUT lesson learned & will make again

These hit the spot but a little time consuming. I didn’t have enough bacon to fry so used my thick already cooked bacon from Costco and that worked well plus saves a step. Also my eggs stuck to the pan so make sure to grease the bottoms well. Will make again for sure!
