- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 2/3 cup quinoa
- 1/2 cup wish-bone light country italian dressing
- 1 Tbsp. flat leaf parsley (chopped)
- 1 1/3 cups water

Directions
- Bring water to a boil over high heat in 2-quart saucepan. Add quinoa and return to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook covered 12 minutes or until water is absorbed. Remove from heat, fluff and let stand covered 15 minutes.
- Combine all ingredients in serving bowl. Chill, if desired.
