This is a delicious version of a classic! I needed to make a couple minor changes due to ingredient availability, but can say without hesitation this is a solid recipe. On the side I served sautéed Swiss chard with red onions, sage, and capers. Wonderful, satisfying vegetarian meal on a cold winter night!

This recipe is delicious! I had to skip some of the ingredients (wine, ground mustard, and dried basil), but this still turned out fantastic! I used more milk to make up for the lack of liquid and added some extra seasoning. I also don’t have a Dutch oven so I made the pasta in a separate pot and the sauce in a 10” nonstick skillet then combined them in the baking dish. Overall, it was a bit more effort than making store bought mac ‘n cheese but definitely worth it!

Just delicious! I used Brailla elbows, which have ridges in the pasta and makes the sauce cling nicely. And so quick! WOW

Made this for a dinner party with picky eaters, and I've been asked to make it again! Delicious and relatively easy to make but tastes like you slaved for hours.
