Made this for dinner last night and it was AMAZING! The only thing that I changed was that I used a 28 ounce can of crushed tomatoes instead of diced. Don't pay attention to the reviews where they completely changed the recipe yet felt compelled to leave a review. Try the recipe as written before leaving a review:-) I can't wait to eat my leftovers today it was delish!

This was good and very easy to make. We changed up the vegetables in the recipe as I don't eat peppers. We had mushrooms, onions, and carrots.

This is an end game pasta dish. You can't fault it. I felt completely compelled to add half an onion to the dish. Other than that, i follwed along with the recipe.

It turns out pretty good. The prep work was the most difficult part but overall it’s was great recipe and tasty dish. If your feeling risky this recipe is perfect for personilizing your dish.

Fantastic! My entire family lived this recipe, and added it to our list of favorites. I used Italian chicken sausage to lighten it a bit, and the flavor was spot-on.

I made it yesterday. Followed directions to the letter. But there wasn't much flavor, kinda bland. It needed something but I don't know what.

So yummy!!! I used 1/2 lb mild Italian sausage and 1/2 lb spicy Italian sausage. The little bit of a kick was great. Also make garlic bread from home made cheddar jalapeño bread.

Enjoyed it and it was easy and a quick meal to make. Next time I will have to give it a bit more pepper or something. It seemed it was lacking just a bit more bite.

It turned out great! Used sweet peppers instead of regular peppers. Also used tomato sauce instead of chopped tomatoes (same size can).

Yum yummmm! The whole family loved it. Followed the recipe almost as written but added sautéed onions and mushrooms to the peppers and garlic. Also used homemade egg noodles. Have mercy! Over the top good!

Quick and simple and the picky eaters loved it!
