    It turned out great! Used sweet peppers instead of regular peppers. Also used tomato sauce instead of chopped tomatoes (same size can).

    Yum yummmm! The whole family loved it. Followed the recipe almost as written but added sautéed onions and mushrooms to the peppers and garlic. Also used homemade egg noodles. Have mercy! Over the top good!

    Great! The first time I made this with spicy sausage, I loved it but my boyfriend and his kids felt it was too much. This time I’m doing mild sausage with a sprinkle of crushed red pepper to add a more gentle spice...hoping even the picky ones will enjoy!

    Really good. If you have big bell peppers, I recommend only using 3/4 of each of the peppers.

    This meal is quite simple and very tasty.. For someone who isn’t a true fan of peppers, this recipe with red and yellow (or was it it orange; I used a bag of mini peppers with all three colors) changed my tastebuds.! I’ve made this several times and have enjoyed the outcome each time. It’s a keeper!

    I made this in my instapot . I just threw all the ingredients in there ! I did add 1 cup of dry white wine (as opposed to 1/2) and I used pulled pork (as my meat) and I also added 4 pepperoncini peppers (that came in our Papa John's box, the last time we had pizza ). {I always save them to cook with} and then I added along with a can of stewed tomato. I also added half a jar( around 8 ounces or 1 Cup )of a jar of Tikka masala simmer sauce. This is the most flavorful egg noodle pasta dish I have ever had!!! If it's this good tonight,♡ I can't wait to have it tomorrow for lunch! 5 Stars!!!
