- 4 Tbsp. irish cream liqueur (I used Bailey's)
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup cocoa (Rodelle Dutch-processed baking)
- 3 1/2 cups confectioner's sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. Rodelle Vanilla Extract
- 4 Tbsp. milk
- 3 Tbsp. Kahlua
