Really tasty and tender!! I used boneless skinless chicken breasts that were still frozen. I added 1&1/2 C salsa and 1/2 C water and cooked for 25 mins. The package had about 6 pieces and couldn’t have weighed more than 5 lbs. I did allow the chicken to rest for about 15 mins and reabsorb all of that yummy juice from the salsa! Delicious!
