- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 onion (large, chopped)
- 1 bell pepper (sweet, or poblano pepper, chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil (or grapeseed oil, optional)
- 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar

Very good, but a little bland. I stirred in some ketchup (~1/3 c) and mustard (~3 tbsp) at the end, plus added more maple syrup, all to taste. For the main recipe, I cooked the vegan ground beef (Beyond Meat) in the initial sauté w onion, pepper, oil, and some water. Just used the lentils I had on hand, not sure the color matters. 13 min high pressure, 15 min natural release, then quick release the rest.
