we added a green pepper and a red pepper. it was so good

I used two green bell peppers, half a pound of ground beef and half a pound of ground Italian sausage, also substituted the tomatoe sauce for mild salsa and added 1 cup of rice and 1 cup of broth, it was great! Quick, super easy and we're adding it to our winter time meal rotation for sure!

i used two peppers but followed the rest of the recipe exactly. it's a nice, low sodium, low calorie dish. very satisfying!

I used two peppers in the recipe and that seemed about right. I felt like it was missing something as far as the seasoning went, but it was still tasty. I will make it again and experiment a little bit.

smelled amazingly delicious!! but we never got to try it cause no matter how much liquid I added it kept giving me the burn notice...really bummed but probably wont ever try I have anxiety issues in the kitchen & this sent me into a full on panic attack!😔😔

I made this with sprouted brown rice (22 min regular cook time), so I did 10min on high preassure and 7 minutes natural release. turned out purfect. used two small peppers and 1 lb beef

Tasted really good, however the next time we make it with at least two peppers.

Yummmmmm! Would make again, I added a little more broth because i didn’t want the pot to burn. Worked out great!

I would recommend adding a bit more spice but super yummy and easy!

It would be great except for the burn notice you get and then it stops cooking and then its a guessing game. But I guess that isn't the recipe's fault( although it would be nice if the author could address this for us newbies to the Instant Pot.) But other than that- taste wise it is pretty fabulous! We did add more spices but that was it for any added things. All my kids enjoyed it; ALL 4. I have one child who thinks veggies are the villains of the world and he loved this.

Turned out nicely but I’d add some extra spices next time

This was very good. The Instant Pot gave a "Burn" warning, but I'm not sure that was the fault of the recipe. It was a little bland. I'll probably use extra spices next time. Yes, there will be a next time.

Easy to make and delicious. My stuffed peppers never come out great, so I liked the ease of this recipe. I would probably cut back on the liquids, since I prefer more of a “dirty rice” consistency, and this came out more like jambalaya. Will definitely make again.

Everyone really enjoyed this dish, it was delicious..They enjoyed it so well there weren’t any leftover. Best part on top of its taste was it was so low maintenance and was on the table in roughly 10 minutes. Will be making this again.

Delicious! First time using our InstantPot! This was easy, and the taste was .... Yummly 😁 Next time we will use some mild Italian sausage & mix with hamburger. Wonder how mini-meatballs would do?

Easy to make and so good. Didn't have tomato sauce so put in salsa and turned out good. Easy to double or triple!

Delicious without a ton of prep. My favorite low calorie comfort food! I cook this in a crockpot on low for 6-7 hours or high for 4-5.
