I don’t own an Instant Pot so I used my Crockpot instead. I mixed all the ingredients except pasta, corn starch, and half-and-half in the crockpot and let the meatballs cook in that sauce for about two hours. I cooked the pasta separately then added pasta plus the corn starch and half-and-half mixture about a half hour before serving. It seemed a little bland so I added three more tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce and 1 tablespoon of garlic juice, from the jar of minced garlic. It was delicious and easy. I will definitely be making this again.
