We have had this recipe almost once a week for about a month because my wife likes it so much and it is super quick and easy to make! Very flavorful and could only be easier if I had a personal prep chef!

had alot of left over liquid after cooking. wasnt sure if i was supposed to strain shrimp or just remove shrimp and leave butter in the pot.

I read a previous comment, so made sure to cook at lower times (if called for 2-3 min, do it for 2). Was looking forward to this for some time. Shallots didn't burn, but were close. Pasta super dry. Quite possibly the worst meal I've ever made in an instant pot. Just remove this recipe. It is not good & a waste of shrimp.

I tried to make this dish - followed the recipe to the letter vis a vis instructions. After removing the shrimp and adding the broth and the pasta and putting the shrimp back on top I set the Instant Pot to Pressure cook high for 3 minutes. Before the Instant Pot reached cooking pressure (but after the button popped up) the Instant Pot beeped and displayed Burn on the display. Tried to get it cooking again but no luck. Took the food out of the pot and the bottom had burned on onions stuck to it - they were nearly black so the pot hadn't lied!
My dilemma is that I followed the recipe exactly and can't figure out why it failed and ruined our dinner. Perhaps when the directions said remove the shrimp it meant remove the contents i.e. the onions and remaining butter/oil?
Really sorry it didn't work - sounded like a great recipe!

very good! i did add more chicken broth and wine. definitely will be doing it again
