It was very watery but it tasted good

Turned out great made this two times so far and perfect both times I deglazed the pot with some red wine before veg and tasted better

This recipe turned out really good. The only thing I would change is maybe cut back a little on the broth and add some tomato puree since it was a bit watery and didn’t have much of a sauce consistency. Other than that, great flavor and the meat was nice and tender.
