We make this often, sometimes stovetop instead of Instant Pot. Love it with the picked salad. It complements the flavors! Also, we served with rice too.

It's good, has nice Mexican-kinda flavour, but wouldn't recommend it for main dish.

We found this very bland. Tried to add salt for flavor. I thought that it needed more spices.

It’s really good! I made mine with canned beans so I didn’t use the instant pot I just cooked it on the stove. I added vegan chicken, rice, and a pinch of cayenne pepper and it made it a really hardy warm winter soup!
